The staff were all super helpful and smiley, the beach is just across the quiet street.

Make sure you get a room with a window/view
Good location
I do not always pay much attention to the view from the hotel room after a hard day on the bicycle But are you even ALLOWED to rent out a room with absolutely NO view? There were some very small windows right under the roof, covered by plastic foil The only view was the sky through a small hole in the foil I will complain about this room to booking.com

I needed to cancel the holiday because of emergency. The hotel was not flexible in cancelation nor change the date. I lost 600 euro because of their non flexible policy.
